Add support for the -droptoolchain flag to
go mod edit
, which removesthe toolchain directive from go.mod. This complements the existing
-toolchain flag and allows users and tools to remove toolchain
constraints via CLI.
The -toolchain and -droptoolchain flags are mutually exclusive.
