FileCache was related to
output.path-prefix, in v2, this option only modifies user facing elements.Previously, it was used to modify the matching, but in v2, the option
run.relative-path-modecontrols the matching.FileCache was a wrapper around LineCache to handle path prefix, now this structure is useless, we can use LineCache directly.
