createProxyServer error message wrong #487

The error message in caronte.createProxyServer says:

options.target and `options.forward` cannot be     ",
      "      both missing                                        "

but I think that's not really true: you do need to pass one of target or forward to either createProxyServer or the proxy.web call, but not necessarily to createProxyServer.
