#1771 Spanish translation and languages codes

Pull request description

  • Created a new directory called localization in the root of the project to group the translations to have a better organization.
  • Translated the main README.md file to Spanish in /localization/es/README.md .
  • Remove the country flags, those aren't part of any language code standard and can be interpreted as discrimination in some cultures.
  • Change the language codes in the main README.md file to follow the standard in ISO 639-1
