This PR fixes #1559
I’ve tested the PR and it does resolve both issues.
That said, it also alters how autoAdjustName works—"New files will still have the Class or ROUTINE header generated upon file creation."
With that in mind, we might want to explore an alternative fix that preserves the original autoAdjustName behavior.
