read with offset/count returns buffer bigger than count

Just trying to update ipfs-fuse to work with js-ipfs now that it has MFS (https://github.com/tableflip/ipfs-fuse/tree/feat/embedded-ipfs). I'm getting this error:

  ipfs-fuse:read { path: '/gif/5097.gif', fd: 42, len: 4096, pos: 0 } +582ms
fuse: read too many bytes
   read[42] 15234 bytes from 0

go-ipfs expects count whereas js-ipfs expects length

I brought this up on the weekly call when implementing js-ipfs-mfs. No-one liked offset/count so it was decided to go with offset/length and that's what's now in the interface spec. go-ipfs needs to accept length as an argument instead of/as well as count.
