Add a sample `astNodeVisitor` plugin

For #98, I removed the sample code for the old Rhino nodeVisitor plugin. It would be useful to provide a sample of a new astNodeVisitor plugin. Ideally it would do something meaningful, but it could also do something trivial for illustrative purposes.
