Removes all methods that were marked obsolete in v3.1 and weren't used (some of them were only used in tests)
Note:
IJsonApiContext.RequestEntitywas also marked obsolete but used in a lot of places internally. Decided to leave this in here for now. Will be addressed in #504 anyway
