Description

Target

ypywidgets provides a new Ypy-based backend for attribute synchronization, allowing for collaborative widgets.

Reason

Since ypywidgets is similar to (a subset of) ipywidgets, I think it is very relevant for it to live in this organization. We might even want ipywidgets to optionally use ypywidgets under the hood.
