I have been in touch with Jason Grout and Terry Foor over email about adding the Oracle logo to the Jupyter webpage. I am a product manager at Oracle. We use Jupyter in our product. Here is a link to our public documentation that shows we use JupyterLab https://www.oracle.com/data-science/service/?intcmp=:ow:evp:cpo:::RC_WWMK200518P00300:OER400068407&elqaid=39909&source=:ow:evp:cpo:::RC_WWMK200518P00300:OER400068407&elqTrackId=c4e47c3f128041058db997e701a2a82d. I would like to add our logo to the list of companies that use Jupyter on the website. Thanks!

I looked through the lighthouse audit, and it seemed that nothing this PR affected changed, so I'll go ahead and merge.
