What this PR does / why we need it:
Updates the client on the master branch to one based on Kubernetes 1.18
Doesn't update Changelog as they are already up to date. The ordering in the Changelog needs to be fixed and will be done in a follow-up PR. (Edit: The follow-up is in #1479)
