This commit updates the dependencies to the latest versions. This removes the special "resource" and "subresource" context information, in favor of the new RequestInfo context information, which includes resource and subresource.
The repository was never actually at k8s.io/custom-metrics-boilerplate, so this renames all the references to their actual location: github.com/directxman12/custom-metrics-boilerplate.

This updates the dependencies and renames/moves the repository to "github.com/directxman12/custom-metrics-boilerplate" so that importers don't have to do weird import shenanigans in their Glide files.
