Building for both Intel and Apple Silicon

Anyone know if there are plans (I suppose there are always plans 🙂) to support Apple Silicon (arm64, along with Intel) architecture? I am more than happy to submit a pull request for it; however, I will require some direction on building the SSL, SSH, and libgit2 dependencies.
