Hi,
I have upgraded the dependencies to pass build, compatible with go-libp2p v0.13.0 and webrtc/v3 v3.0.16.
I am working on a personal project and require this module for that.
Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong or violating any rules/regulations, as I am very little familiar with ci and github.
Also please let me know how I can programmatically contribute to this module?
