@vitalybuka @aeubanks This change appears to be breaking builds that use FatLTO. See godbolt for a reproducer. When -ffat-lto-objects isn't enabled, the compilation works. Is it possible that the de-duplication has removed critical passes ran during the FatLTO pipeline?
