This pull request includes updates to the 01-IntroToGenAI/readme.md file to improve the clarity and accuracy of the documentation. The most important changes include formatting corrections, content enhancements, and updates to documentation links.

Documentation improvements:

• Corrected indentation and alignment in the IChatClient interface code snippet to improve readability.
• Updated the description of Semantic Kernel to include the term "vector" in "memory stores" for better clarity.
• Revised the description of "Filters" to emphasize their role in improving security and responsible AI practices.
• Removed en-us from the docs URLs so they localise properly.
