DETAILS Updated getting started documentation to include links to Azure AI Foundry resources and deployment guides. Changes include English and translations in German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Added new community resources related to AI applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Standardized link formatting across all documents.
