GODRIVER-2341
This PR is still under review to add spec and prose tests for CSOT. There are a large number of new tests in that PR. GODRIVER-2341 will add
Timeoutto basic CRUD operations. I'd like to sync a subset of the spec tests written in the aformentioned spec PR in this PR so I can just have code changes that get these tests to pass in subsequent PRs for GODRIVER-2341.
