When using the CLI with --score-parts-pdf, scoreFullBin must be decoded twice

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Type in a shell mscore --score-parts-pdf <myscore.mscz> | jq -r '.scoreFullBin' | base64 --decode > score.pdf
2. Try to open score.pdf
   You don't have a valid pdf. Otherwise, If you base64decode twice you get a nice pdf.
