Purpose

Changes

  • Add hadamard creation utils
  • Add utils for applying a matrix to a module at a certain location
  • Add and test patch_attr and ParameterizedDefaultDict (happy to take name suggestions on the last one)

Testing

  • Add tests for patch_attr and ParameterizedDefaultDict
