Proposed changes

Update OpenShift Installation docs to specify that auto-upgrades are not supported

@ciarams87 would it make sense to also update the screen shot https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-ingress-operator/blob/master/docs/images/openshift3.png so that the update is set to 'Manual' there as well ?
