Short overview
Without these permissions automating the system simply does not work without having any hint why it might be the case.

Use case
Improved UX

Detailed description
If we process executing our automation script is lacking the accessibility permissions, we simply can't automate anything.
This warning message should improve the user experience because it at least provides a hint to the actual problem.
