- Fixes google-tag-manager does not add noscript to body element. #263 by adding a fallback (as suggested here: https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/devguide)
- Adds example of all default options in Readme.md
adds <noscript> fallback which gets included in <body> to track browser with disabled JS
