Summary

Added in a new ChatGPT Actions cookbook that covers Salesforce and Gong.

Motivation

There have been a lot of requests from users to see how CustomerGPT was built and this cookbook is a good start. It's not really unique because we do have a Salesforce GPT Actions cookbook but this one includes using a middleware to connect to Gong too.
