Additional information: This PR removes the "Updating hosted control planes"[1] section from the Upgrades book, in favor of the more up-to-date "Updating hosted control planes"[2] section in the "Hosted control planes" book. I requested a redirect per The OpenShift Docs Manual [3], and Ben Scott created the redirect PR: #85520.
