Pending changes to origin require docker 1.12, which is available in fedora 25 but not 24.

flake #12923, [test] except that that's a devicemapper issue, so it might really be some not-actual-flake, but a sign of something that needs to be changed in the image for f25... LGTM assuming it passes this time though |

Pending changes to origin require docker 1.12, which is available in fedora 25 but not 24.
Once the 1.12 dependencies land, anyone using dind will need to rebuild their images (
hack/dind-cluster.sh build-imagesorhack/dind-cluster.sh start -i).cc: @openshift/networking @pmorie @stevekuznetsov
