Just checking latest and found that latest does not contain platform tar files, is this by design?

Hello.
I noticed the same thing. Would it be possible to have binaries and not just the source code?

We hit a snag with v1.5.0 compiling Windows binaries (#1204). This was fixed (see #1205 and #1206), but looks like we forgot to cut a bug fix tag/release.
