This is a frequent source of confusion for users as it is not currently documented. See operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager#2084 for an example where such a doc would come in handy.

Docs rewrite

This PR overhauls the Getting started and the Core tasks
section of the documentation.
It also adds previously missing documentation on CatalogSource
polling feature and information on CatalogSource spec.secrets
field.
