To facilitate in the unit testing of an operator I think it would be helpful to have something like this, or some other mechanism to fake out the Query/Create/Update... actions.

@shawn-hurley I would like to have that as well. Once this #257 is resolved, we can start to work on providing a fake (mock) for the sdk crud actions.

Closing this issue. After #615 the controller runtime has this feature. https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime/tree/master/pkg/client/fake
