Improvements on the build scripts to detect the version and warn (or stop) when an unsupported version of LUA (e.g. 5.1.x) is being used. (Compiler error with LUA for libmodsecurity 3.0 #1622 configure: error: LUA was explicitly referenced but it was not found #1617)
LUA 5.2 should now be supported with -DWITH_LUA_5.2 flag and changes to lua_dump()
