When bunny doesn't see heartbeat key in bunnyConfig it set default value to 60 seconds. So when one set hearbeat to zero, code ignore setting this key to bunnyConfig

When bunny doesn't see heartbeat key in bunnyConfig it set default value to 60 seconds.
So when one set hearbeat to zero, code ignore setting this key to bunnyConfig. We should remove this check.
