Make external/glslang/prebuilt/glslangValidator-linux-x86_64 with execute mode in order to skip chmod +x if you clone the repo on Linux.
glslangValidator-linux-x86_64 is used during compilation of the demos. So just repo clone and build of demos under Linux will lead to error for premission for this tool.
