Test the following components on OpenShift 4.13.

  1. CodeFlare Operator
  2. MCAD
  3. KubeRay

The stack should work ootb on 4.13. If they don't, determine the things that are broken and fix them. Follow-on issues may be created for this.

Only upgrade to K8s 1.24 if absolutely required. In an ideal world we are able to make small updates to mcad to get it working.
