3.2.0 prep
This makes sure the path is correct for Solaris.
Switch over to using puppet()
Test fixes for Solaris
Get rid of some extra whitespace in the template

Missed interfaces parameter in the README.
We need to be able to pass a block to this since the stdlib install fails sometime on PE (which is ok, since it's included)
