The job runs on

, which as of yesterday refers to Ubuntu-22.04 instead of Ubuntu-20.04 (ref). The oldest patch version of python 3.9 available throughsetup-python
for Ubuntu 22.04 is 3.9.12 (actions/setup-python#552 (comment)), so specifying 3.9.7 as the job currently does results in an error. I don't think the patch version really matters here, so I've unpinned the patch version to just require any3.9
instead of specifically3.9.7
.
