Thanks for this great theme!

I want to use it for a doc site that has lots of Xarray notebooks, so I'm really glad to see #274 resolved. I'm currently building my site against the github master.

I notice you haven't had a release since early October. So this is a gentle 👈 to ask whether you might make a new release soon? Then I can pin my doc build on a stable version.

@rabernat releases are cheap, so I quickly made a v0.4.2 release with only that xarray patch (I want to first fix some things that are in flux on master before doing a release there)
