Description

Python 3.11 was released on 2022-10-24 πŸš€

It's already tested on the CI (#1854), let's declare support via the Trove classifier.

Let's skip 2.14.2 release, then, there's nothing else in it.

This reverts commit adc1cc7.

2.14.2 will not be ready for python 3.11, we still need to support
exception groups.
