Towards: #63

@reshamas
Updated the blog.
However I couldn't figure out what vertical-black-line-illustration-png.png is for.

Still to be done:

  • Update the Summary Timeline and any other minor changes
  • Fix Table of contents and post info

I've also added social links to PyMC.

I have fixed the build in #73, you'll need to rebase to get the preview working.

Hi, I've merged the changes from upstream, and the checks have passed successfully.

But, When I click on the view docs, I'm unable to view this post from the ReadMeDocs build under the Annoucements section. Or I maybe looking in the wrong place. Can you please point me in the right direction ?

Thanks !

@SangamSwadiK
The scale is still off for the timeline dataviz.
For example, a period of 7 years should be 7x the length of the period of 1 years.

I'm unable to request for multiple reviews. Not sure why.

RE: timeline
the spacing between the rows is uneven. I was hoping you would polish that up.

These are the instructions I sent on Discord:
a) make a copy of the slide
b) polish up the spacing and add the lines back in which match the color block

- Dynamic shape support
- New website design: [www.pymc.io/](https://www.pymc.io/.)

Should we explicitly mention PyTensor?

Should We have a section mentioning PyMC-based software, I am mostly thinking of Bambi, which can be very friendly for newcomers, but we could mention other packages as well.

Hi, Reshama !, I made a copy and edited some of the text in it and made it version 4.
I didn't notice the spacing. Will fix it and update soon.

Thanks for feedback !

Thank you @SangamSwadiK @rowangayleschaefer for the blog write-up.

Thank you to everyone else for reviewing: @OriolAbril @fonnesbeck @aloctavodia

This is a great reference to share about the history of PyMC as well with potential sponsors.
