The _curses module now creates its ncurses_version type as a heap
type using PyStructSequence_NewType(), rather than using a static
type.

  • Move _PyStructSequence_FiniType() definition to pycore_structseq.h.
  • test.pythoninfo: log curses.ncurses_version.
