Summary
Upgrade to React 16.8 from 16.4
Considering to start prep for a 2.5.0 release of the gem due to this + the test helper added previously.
Other Information
I had considered making a release for each 16.5, 16.6, 16.7 but in honesty they haven't changed too much so my current belief is there is little point in that and it is in most people's best interest to skip ahead, let me know if you have a different opinion on that!
