Description of change

Fix for issue #3339

  • Removing the deprecated usage of forbid_global_loop=True in pytest.mark.asyncio decorator
  • Updating the pytest settings in pyproject.toml - adding asyncio_default_fixture_loop_scope
  • Removing restriction for the pytest-asyncio<0.24.0 (the forbid_global_loop has been deprecated in 0.6.0 and totally removed in 0.24.0)
