There are 2 other failures discussed in #28. For now I mark them as a known failure, to get to a green CI on master, but they definitely should be investigated. |

Fixes Travis CI as discussed in #13 (comment)
I think the problem is that Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh points to conda 4.7 and then apparently it fails to downgrade to 4.6 when we ask it.
