Typescript 도입을 위해 Vue 3를 우선 적용하고(Vue 2는 Typescript 사용이 어려움), Typescript를 적용한다.

Typescript를 사용하는 이유는 이미 잘 알려져있고, 최근 Vue 3가 어느 정도 안정기(stable version)에 접어들었다고 판단하였습니다.
