this utility copies the .axf file from the build location to the sketch folder when exporting compiled binaries

This PR adds an executable (compiled) Python script that is called from the postsavehex hook. It copies the .axf file from the temporary build directory to the user's sketch directory.
Meant to address #104 and #124
