That last commit adds the actual ThinJarLauncher and a new packaging (-exec.jar) for the loader. |
Grape and aether are sort of independent and it would be useful to have the aether bits on their own to use as a library in other places. The main entry point is the AetherEngine with service locators for additional session configurations.

See gh-1813. This is not a complete solution for that yet, just
some refactoring to prepare the ground.
