Background
We currently only support KeyCloak as a backend for the UserInfoFetcher. This allows pull through access to Active Directory in theory, but is an extra component to manage, that can be unneeded, when everything should come from AD anyway.

We should look into supporting Active Directory as a direct backend for the UserInfofetcher.

Can you please link the docs for this and add a snippet for the release notes?

Changelog Snippet:

support Active Directory as backend for retrieving user groups and other information As mentioned in the release 24.3, we will be actively building out the backends supported by the User Info Fetcher. This feature should be therefore be treated as experimental as we continue to extend and consolidate back-end handling and fine-tune the tool in general.
