  • Fixes the implementation of math/base/special/tand to align with the correct reference implementation.

Had to increase the tolerance by a little amount, from 1.4 to 2.0

Had to increase the tolerance by a little amount, from 1.4 to 1.8 here in native tests.

I am not sure why two of the native tests are failing here. I can confirm that they pass locally on my end.

It is probably due to lower tolerance thresholds in native tests compared to the JS tests.

@anandkaranubc I'd say go ahead and increase the native test tolerance to 2.0 * EPS to match the JS tolerances. That should resolve the test.native.js CI failures, as well.
