This PR modifies the README to link to #183 for users of fish who wish to have autocomplete. I do not plan to add formal support for the autocomplete here as not sure any maintainers use fish and know its scripting language to maintain the bindings. Ideally our upstream autocomplete provider, shtab, will add
fishsupport in some future release.
