I built nbcat, a lightweight CLI tool that lets you preview Jupyter notebooks right in your terminal — no web UI, no Jupyter server, no fuss.

It is improved version of previously merged PR where I missed adding description into CSV file.

Sorry, I had to revert the merge after I noticed that you have modified both the CSV file and the README, plus you have added to the repo the file data/cliapps.md, which is not expected to be part of the repo.

The instructions to contribute state clearly that you have to change ONLY the CSV and anything else; I will take the responsibility to generate the necessary files, in particular the README.

Sorry, but I thought I should run Makefile after adding to CSV file. I will prepare a new PR, sorry for inconvenience.
