Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.1.1640: the CursorHold autocommand takes down a balloon
• 8.1.1639: changing an autoload name into a file name is inefficient
• 8.1.1638: running tests leaves some files behind
• 8.1.1637: after running tests and clean the XfakeHOME directory remains
• 8.1.1636: crash when popup has fitting scrollbar
